How to Use This Journal:

  1. Fill out your Sankalpa (Intention) on Page 03 to set your foundation.
  2. Log your daily Asana, Pranayama & Meditation sessions using the structured daily spreads.
  3. Spend 3 minutes after practice recording physical sensations, breath quality, and mental insights.
